Live recording of Handel’s opera performed by the Cambridge Handel Opera Group at West Road Concert Hall.
Getting the stage ready before the performance
11 microphones (DPA, Schoeps, Neumann) recorded into Pro Tools HD via a Yamaha 02R96. Mixed in Apple Logic Pro using Space Designer to bring different microphones into the correct perspective. Video feed to control room (composite video signal, via audio snake).
